Dandelion
Dandelion is a dataviz video commissioned by Digital Mind (Generali Asset&Wealth Management), later
converted into NFT.
The project pictures 226 keywords expressed by Generali A&WM People who have answered to the
question
'What does Digital represent to you?'. The data have been converted into sounds, shapes and colours:
like a dandelion flower, each keyword is transformed into a seed free to spread new ideas and
paradigms.

Construction of the flowers
Out of 1456 words collected in the survey, 136 employees (9%) chose a unique expression to answer
the question. On the other hand, 'Future' was the most chosen word to describe what digital
transition represents, indicated by 325 people (22%).
Given the analysis, it was important to show each single word chosen by the employees, as a way to
represent their unique voices. I did not illustrate the meaning of each word, but I focused instead
on the number of repetitions. Therefore, each dandelion flower is composed by multiple seeds based
on the number of times each word has been repeated.
